Fun, Masti, Carefree.. The way most of the youth like to spend their college days. That’s the category where Ravi Tharakan is included. Like others, he also had his dad’s money to spend. Well, everything has an expiry date.


There are so many things which affects a person and change them for good. Years after, when Ravi became the great Dr. Ravi Tharakan, he also had a lengthy line of incidents and obstacles. Two people who changed everything were Dr. Samuel and Sainu.

For Ravi, the heartbreak he experienced from Sainu made him see his life more seriously. The impact of that breakup hit him hard. He never cared about anything seriously. But in Sainu’s case, he did. He did cared about their relationship. In his life, he always got whatever he wanted. But when he lost Sainu, it was intolerable.


Dr. Samuel was the only one to see his potential. And he was the only one who tried to nourish it. As someone who can never lie, he even lied for Ravi. And when Ravi confront him, his words are this,
"നിന്നെ പറ്റിയുള്ള എന്റെ പ്രതീക്ഷയാണ് ആ നുണ.. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നുണ.. അതു പാഴാക്കരുത്.." (That lie is for my hope in you.. The first lie I ever have said..Don't waste that..)


He made him see the reality. Taught him everything. And brought out an exceptional doctor out of him. And the transformation happened with a series of events and life lessons.
